Yealmpton Show Sponsorship Opportunities

In order to retain the
high standards achieved at the Show, Yealmpton Agricultural Association
is greatly dependant on a high level of sponsorship.
Over the years many sponsors have continued to support the same
event, in some cases incorporating their corporate name with that
event. The Show is also fortunate to benefit from the sponsorship
and benefaction of many individuals and it greatly appreciates
this support.
Despite this ongoing sponsorship, there are always opportunities
to sponsor specific events at our Show, particularly when we plan
a display or exhibit as a "one-off" feature at the Show.

The annual YealmptonShow, held each July probably offers the
most auspicious opportunities for corporate sponsors as almost
10,000 people from all over the South of England attend the Show..

Benefits Offered To Sponsors
Benefits offered to sponsors include free tickets, Vice-Presidents,
members and guest badges, plus lunch tickets for Yealmpton Show and
banners in various rings at the Show. Benefits vary on the level of
sponsorship given.
In addition, an acknowledgement of sponsorship is given
in prize lists, schedules, the catalogue,
and a complimentary copy of the Show catalogue is available to sponsors.
Public address announcements will be made at the time
of the sponsored event. Copies of any photographs taken of prize presentations
will be sent to sponsors and mention of sponsoship will be given wherever
possible in press releases and any TV and Radio report.
Benefits for sponsors of other events organised by the
Association are negotiable during discussion
and are also based on the level of sponsorship given.
